Rein studied Business Management but quickly decided that fulltime office life wasn’t his type of schnitzel.
Six years ago he became a ski teacher in Westendorf, where he enjoyed the freedom, the mountain freshness, and the local past time ‘nageln’.
Yet, every summer he had to go back home to the Netherlands, a country famous for its absence of mountains, and basically waited for the winter to arrive.
But last summer, as he sat in his shared office giving financial advice to clients of a Dutch bank, he dreamt of a life that wasn’t so complex and where he would be dealing with happy people all year round.And suddenly it came to him, what if he started his own business in Westendorf? Where he could give advice on which cycle track to take and where to get the best fondue and meat?
