A bicycle helmet is compulsory in Austria for all children up to and including 12 years of age. Adults are not obliged to wear a helmet, but it is recommended, especially when riding downhill.

You can drop by any time at the shop and whatever is available can still be rented at that time!

To be sure that a rental bike is available, we recommend you make a reservation through our website. During the online reservation you can see if the desired rental bike is still available. When you enter the desired rental period, the bikes that are available at that moment will appear in the list. In this way you can be sure of a rental bike during your visit to Westendorf. In the comments field of the reservations you cannot make any changes to the type, size or other type of bike etc. What is available for reservation is available for reservation. If a bicycle type is no longer available for reservation then it is not available.

Payment is to be made in step 3 of the booking procedure. If we have not received payment, the reservation is not complete and will not be processed.
